Excellent dealer

I've now had my 'new to me' Nissan NV200 for 500 miles now, so it's review time. From the start Nas was great. He answered all my questions regardless of how innane they were, and he answered honestly and politely. There were a few issues with the bodywork and seats which were not in the pictures, but only slight and not bad enough to put me off. The only other issue was an airbag light that came on shortly after purchase, but it's a common fault fixed with a hack from YouTube, no problem. Nas acquired the radio code for me too, at no additional cost. I'm loving my new motor and would recommend these guys. Came with 12mths mot, 12mths warranty and a breakdown option I didn't take up. Also the receipts of all work done by them. Nas kept in touch throughout my interest in the van, and even contacted me after to see if everything was OK. It was and still is. When I checked their reviews I was dubious about how good they were, but now you'll likely see my smiling mug up there too lol. Great dealer, would be happy to buy from them again. Thanks again Nas

Excellent advice for a first time Discovery buyer - Jay so knowledgeable about his product - we instantly felt comfortable and in safe hands. Plenty of time to look over several options. I can without reservation gratefully say that Mr Khan was immensely helpful and supportive at the time when I purchased an outstanding Audi All-Road Quattro in showroom condition at an unbelievably competive price . I have had it for seven years and it has passed its M.O.T every single time with very little trouble . I have just recently had it completely overhauled by an Audi specialist who was impressed by the condition of this vehicle which is celebrating its Silver anniversary . Here's to another 25 years . There was no pressure as we had all the time we wanted to look over the vehicle and service history. Trade plates were provided for us to take the car for a test drive. Honest & Open

We found HMC through CarGuru and saw they had a few Landrovers to choose from. We contacted them and took a chance on a 70 mile trip because they had good reviews. When we visited they had sold the car I had my eye on and quite a few others over the weekend, this is a good sign. They did however have a much better spec than I was looking for and after conversations and a test drive we drove away with a lovely new car within 2 hours of arriving. We were even given a cup of tea. Jay was a very helpful knowlegable guy who came across as quite honest and open abou the vehicles we looked at. Would definitely recommend.

Bought my car from HMC unseen other than online pics as I’m located up in Yorkshire! I’ve had LR Discoveries for a while now and wanted to upgrade my previous older Disco. we bought the best car for our needs

wanted to buy a used land rover discovery 4. we had shortlisted 6 cars from their website details. when we arrived they were very welcoming and produced keys to all the cars we were encouraged to look over all the cars and Jay or Yousef were available to give us any information that we needed. we could take any cars out for a test drive and we were encouraged to take our time deciding after narrowing it down to two cars. the coffee and biscuits helped. all the way through they were friendly and helpful

Despite not knowing if he’d get a sale from me, he went out of his way to get a more reasonable quote than the main dealer to fix the old car. After reading all the reviews for HMC I took the plunge and bought my Discovery 4 online without seeing it. Any apprehension I had was soon gone after dealing with Jay and being kept updated on the vehicles progress during preparation. The vehicle was delivered to Cumbria on the agreed day by a professional and courteous driver. I was extremely happy with the look and the drive of the vehicle. It became apparent after a couple of days that the tracking was slightly out so I took it to a local garage to be checked, they confirmed it needed wheel alignment at a cost of £70. I contacted Jay who without hesitation apologised and gave an immediate refund of the £70 upon receipt of the garage invoice. A 5 star experience from me, wouldn’t hesitate to use HMC again.

A very genuine dealer who was very helpful throughout the buying process.

I was slightly concerned about traveling so far to view the car, but it was made easy by the communication we were given from Jay. There were no surprises when viewing the car and we drove away very content with our new buy for all 600 miles home.

It was a quick and easy process to get a viewing arranged and later get the vehicle to me. Due to the bank holiday weekend, there was a slight delay as they wanted to make sure the vehicle was freshly serviced but they communicated this well and gave me a timeline for when the vehicle would be ready. They delivered the vehicle to me and did a quick and smooth handover. I would recommend it to others.

Contacted Jay at HMC to discuss the vehicle prior to making the trip from Scotland. Jay was very helpful in confirming the details described and answering queries, even offering to pick me up from the airport. On arrival, Jay and his team were friendly and helpful giving me as long as needed to inspect and road test the vehicle, which was as described. Breakdown cover and driveaway insurance are available allowing me to head north in my new purchase. Would recommend considering HMC if they have what you’re looking for.

I was unable to buy a Mercedes SLK 320 locally so turned to HMC. Luckily Jay had just what i was looking for in stock and was really helpful describing the car i was interested in and emailing me some extra photo's of it. He also said it would be possible to deliver the car even though i live well over 200 miles from Chesham. I decided to go ahead despite not having seen the car and it was delivered a few days later by the very helpful and friendly Naz. The car is everything i had hoped for and more being in really good condition and driving beautifully. Couldn't be more pleased.

Top top honest service

Jay was sound, quite a practical guy and honest with everything. Opened up especially for me out of hours and happily he was not cheesy at all. Had an issue with the car which was electrical a day after the purchase which was only due to it being stood still and he immediately paid for the small repair without any haggling, unusual response from a garage these days.

Great service from Jay and the team. Was kind enough to get two ready for us to check out and great with the children while we looked at the cars. Lots of information and spotted a slow puncture with one of the tyres which was sorted there and then, ensuring we were safe on our long journey home. Definitely worth the four hour round trip to purchase from HMC.

From star to finish, the service from HMC was second to none. The clear and extensive list of photos along with the comprehensive description left no surprises when I viewed the car. Amazing personal customer service! Excellent dealer!

Amazing customer service. I called up about a mini, and we were there within an hour. Jay was so easy-going and let myself and my son take the car on a test drive and just left us to spend time checking the vehicle out….no pressure. I’ve got to say it was so relaxed and laid-back, and I decided to part ex my car, and take the mini, there and then. Jay then sorted out all my numberplate details to transfer over, and all my car tax, did everything for me online. Made everything so easy. Literally 20 minutes later, we’re back on the motorway in a new mini Cooper S. I had text messages that evening, from HMC, to see if all is okay. I can’t get over the great personal service! I would recommend this Car Dealer to everyone!

Was looking for a classic Mercedes SLK and found an amazing example at HMC. I am naturally very fussy about my cars but Jay spent a whole Saturday afternoon going through the details of the car and myself and my wife bought with absolute confidence.
