Top top honest service

Jay was sound, quite a practical guy and honest with everything. Opened up especially for me out of hours and happily he was not cheesy at all. Had an issue with the car which was electrical a day after the purchase which was only due to it being stood still and he immediately paid for the small repair without any haggling, unusual response from a garage these days.

Efficient well presented and reasonable. The car is great.

Great service from Jay and the team. Was kind enough to get two ready for us to check out and great with the children while we looked at the cars. Lots of information and spotted a slow puncture with one of the tyres which was sorted there and then, ensuring we were safe on our long journey home. Definitely worth the four hour round trip to purchase from HMC.

How buying caused car should be

From star to finish, the service from HMC was second to none. The clear and extensive list of photos along with the comprehensive description left no surprises when I viewed the car. I travelled from outside Edinburgh, and Jay arranged for me to be picked up from the airport and their hospitality was fantastic. I can also report that the car was exactly as described and as I expected. I would highly recommend HMC to anyone looking to buy a quality used car

Amazing personal customer service! Excellent dealer!

Amazing customer service. I called up about a mini, and we were there within an hour. Jay was so easy-going and let myself and my son take the car on a test drive and just left us to spend time checking the vehicle out….no pressure. I’ve got to say it was so relaxed and laid-back, and I decided to part ex my car, and take the mini, there and then. Jay then sorted out all my numberplate details to transfer over, and all my car tax, did everything for me online. Made everything so easy. Literally 20 minutes later, we’re back on the motorway in a new mini Cooper S. I had text messages that evening, from HMC, to see if all is okay. I can’t get over the great personal service! I would recommend this Car Dealer to everyone!

Mercedes SLK- awesome purchase

Was looking for a classic Mercedes SLK and found an amazing example at HMC. I am naturally very fussy about my cars but Jay spent a whole Saturday afternoon going through the details of the car and myself and my wife bought with absolute confidence. I would suggest you call in advance as some cars are held off site. Thanks to Jay and the team- stress free purchase of a future classic!

Have a had a great experience so far, the guys are very well organised. I was in urgent need of the car and they did alot of things to taylor to our needs. Got us the car straight away the next day which they moved things around to help me get the car.
